Frankland Islands is located just south of Cairns offering a Great Barrier Reef and Tropical Island experience in one day. Frankland Islands is part: Coral Cay / Continental Island and is surrounded by The Great Barrier Reef one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World.
Frankland Islands: Full Day Cruise

FULL DAY CRUISE
7.00am: Transfers from accommodation commence from Northern Beaches by luxury, air-conditioned coach
7.30am: Transfers from accommodation commence from Cairns by luxury, air-conditioned coach
8.00am: Coaches depart Cairns after completing all Hotel pickups and journey to Deeral, 40mins south of Cairns on the Bruce Highway.
8.45am: Passengers transfer from coaches and board vessel moored at our jetty on the Mulgrave River, at Deeral Landing.
9.00am: Frankland Islander III departs jetty for calm water cruise down the Mulgrave River, morning Tea is served on board. A safety demonstration takes place. Passengers also select their snorkelling equipment and sun protection suits (if required) on board prior to arriving to the island to utilise the most of the time on the islands.
10.00am: Upon arrival, passengers are ferried across to the island by tender. Clients are advised to remove their footwear as their feet WILL get wet!
10.30am: Guest have 2hours free time to snorkel or explore the island, our crew will assist where it is required. (they can join a guided snorkellling tour or our guided islands and rock pool discovery tour)
11.00am:Kids Club and the Advance Snorkelling Tour operates from 11am-1pm
12.30pm: Tropical Buffet Lunch is served under a marquee set up on the island. Generally after lunch, clients are encouraged to return to the main vessel for a quick toilet break; however “toilet runs” are made continuously throughout the day
1pm: After lunch guest get another hour and a half-two hours to continue snorkelling or to explore island.(they can join a guided snorkellling tour or our guided islands and rock pool discovery tour)
2.30pm: Time to depart the island and first boats begin to ferry clients back to the main vessel
3pm: Main vessel departs island after head count is completed
3.30pm: Boat crosses open water and heads into Mulgrave River
3.45pm: Afternoon tea is served on board vessel
4pm: Return to jetty and passengers are transferred to waiting coach
4.30pm: Depart for Cairns & Northern Beaches
5pm: Coach Drop off commences to Cairns Hotels
5.30pm: Coach Drop off commences to Northern Beaches

Departs: Cruise departs daily from Deeral Landing on the Mulgrave River at 8.30am returning approx. 4.30pm.
Transfers: Hotel pickup from Cairns at 7.30am and returns approx. 5.00pm. Pickup from Cairns Beaches and Palm Cove from 7.00am and returns approximately 5.30pm.
Self-Driving: Guests can self-drive to Deeral Landing - a short 40min drive south along the Bruce Highway from Cairns.
